The famous
fishing and racing schooner Blue Nose made into a
fashionable table lamp.
A detailed small
model of one of the most famous schooners on the
Atlantic seaboard with cloth sails and cotton rigging
mounted on a solid rosewood base and rectangle fabric shade
The original
Bluenose was built in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia in 1921 as a
fishing and racing vessel and replaced in 1963 with the
Bluenose II.
