Shop creation. Our new very high quality Solid Copper Anchor Lantern made into a
handsome table lamp on a solid Mahogany wood base. Fully electric
with an old fashioned twist.
By far the most popular
lantern in our inventory now available in a VERY High
Quality version.
This model anchor lamp is hand machined in
the Netherlands by some very skilled artisans of pure
heavy-gauge copper and brass. The Fresnel style lens
is also very heavy glass made to magnify the oil lamp light
The light switch controls
both the lower anchor lamp as well as the upper light
socket.
This lamp would make an
excellent addition to your nautical decor both at home and
on the water.
The anchor lamp is named
for it's use. A 360o white light is required to be
displayed at the highest point
( the tallest mast) on
all vessels at anchor or under way at night, thus give
warning to other vessels.
Approx. 24 inches tall with the shade.
Base is 8" wide x 9" long.
